About Us

Velvet twist by Diksha is an online store selling directly to customers across India. We list our products with clear prices, honest descriptions and real photographs, and we handle every order ourselves from confirmation through to delivery.

Everything we sell is listed on this website with its price, description, available variants and current stock status. If a product is out of stock it is marked as such rather than quietly removed.

• Order tracking from dispatch to delivery
• A 7-day return window on eligible products
